The MPLS-based solution is unique in its PVC and VLAN segmentation from local loop carrier partners to support the robust requirements of common applications like Voice over IP (VoIP), streaming video for security and training purposes. The SmartNetwork design also effectively supports the prioritization requirements of critical applications such as transaction processing.
Cybera works with numerous broadband providers to identify robust, business-grade connectivity options, and integrates them to provide affordable, complete coverage. Regardless of the type of last mile connectivity a location is sourced (ADSL, IDSL, SDSL, MPLS, Wireless Broadband, MPLS, Metro Ethernet or other emerging options), Cybera connects each site to a robust network core housed within Cybera-owned regional aggregation centers.
Requirements
Cybera product engineers collaborate closely with each customer to achieve the desired result. Before any customized solution design begins, joint collaboration discussions kick off between the customer, Cybera’s product engineers, and the assigned Cybera Account Manager to determine each customer’s specific business and network requirements. Understanding the current WAN and application environment is important in determining appropriate application, traffic prioritization and compliance requirements for a successful implementation.
Design
Application-centric network design is an important strategic advantage of a Cybera solution. Because Cybera customizes each network to the client’s unique needs, Cybera Account Managers work closely with customers to determine exactly what application requirements the organization has now, and those under evaluation for the future. Cybera qualifies every location and determines what services may be available to meet the specific design requirements. Information such as peak-time usage, special routing and prioritization, configuration and feature requirements, and disaster recovery plans are all considered in the final proposal. Cybera typically invests several hours of dedicated consultative design effort from senior network engineers prior to implementation of a customer SmartNetwork solution.
Additional Options*
In addition to the standard design procedures Cybera follows, the company can also offer specific implementation options such as Internet access with firewall configuration, application testing, backup solutions, additional reporting, and certification programs on a case-by-case basis.
