Jesse Chappell has joined the Cybera Operations Team as Director of Network Services. Mr. Chappell oversees day-to-day operations of the Network Operations Center, which cares for all customer activations, customer maintenance and 24x7 network monitoring. Prior to joining the Cybera, Mr. Chappell was the Director of Facility Services at Cinergy Communications. With more than 10 years of hands-on industry experience Mr. Chappell is an important addition supporting the excellent customer support for which Cybera is known.
