CYBERA names Hernandez VP OF customer service

NASHVILLE, TN- (Sept 1, 2006) - Private networking provider Cybera Inc. has named Cathie Hernandez vice president of customer service. Hernandez brings more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry to her new role.
“Cybera has a strong reputation for delivering proactive customer care and responding immediately to any network related issue or question,” said Cliff Duffey, Cybera’s chairman, chief executive officer and president. “Cathie’s expertise enhances our reputation for excellent customer service and makes our executive management team even stronger.”
Hernandez was most recently director of operations and customer care at VeriSign Inc. Her career includes more than 13 years with MCI, where she last served as director of strategic ventures and alliances. Her experience also includes positions with Allnet Communications and Honeywell Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.
