NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 14, 2004 – Cybera has completed the first closing of its new Series 2 Subordinated Convertible Note offering. The company plans additional closings over the next several weeks.

This new funding will be used primarily to fund Cybera’s continued expansion. Since the start of 2004, Cybera has opened a new data center in Chicago and sales offices in Orlando, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati and Kansas City.

“With this latest round of funding in place, we plan to add more sales offices in new markets and expand the number of sales reps in our existing markets,” said Cliff Duffey, Cybera’s chairman, president and chief executive officer.
