NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 17, 2003 - Private networking provider Cybera Inc. has named Ron Robinson and Nathan Estes to top posts.

Ron Robinson has been named senior vice president of sales and will oversee all of Cybera's customer acquisition activities and sales force. He joined Cybera in 2002 as vice president of sales. Robinson served as regional sales director for Intermedia Communications, where he increased sales from $5 million to $60 million in a nine-state region. He has also held sales and marketing positions at Sprint and GTE Corp.

Nathan Estes has been named Director of Product Development. He will focus on establishing the broadband partnerships to expand Cybera's market in the first half of 2003. He will also provide technical assistance to the sales team, enhance the company's product lines and identify ways to increase profitability. He had served as director of network engineering. Estes came to Cybera from NetRail Inc. in Atlanta.
