| CYBERA OPENS CHICAGO DATA CENTER |
NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 15, 2004 – Cybera this month opened a new national data center in Chicago that adds additional network redundancy and creates more connectivity options for SmartNetwork™ customers, especially those in the Midwest.
The new data center will reduce the risk for national customers by limiting their exposure when outages occur. Cybera can also offer regional circuits from Ameritech and SBC as more affordable options to customers.
“Everyone at Cybera takes great pride and ownership in our customers’ network and making sure they perform securely and reliably,” said Cliff Duffey, Cybera’s chairman, president and chief executive officer. “The Chicago data center is just one more piece of our commitment to great customer service and overall network value.”
Planned for some time, the national data center’s opening coincides with Cybera’s expansion of sales offices into the Midwest.
