George Spencer is partner at Adams Street Partners in Chicago, Ill. In his16-year venture capital career, Spencer has led investments for software, telecommunications and information technology companies. At Adams Street Partners, he is responsible for sourcing and screening private equity investments, negotiating investment terms and financial structures, assisting portfolio companies and maintaining venture, entrepreneurial and investor contacts.

Wright Steenrod is principal at Chrysalis Ventures in Louisville, Ky., where he focuses on media and communications. He has worked with Ygnition, Genscape, and Appriss, among others. Prior to Chrysalis in 2001, Wright was VP of business development for Darwin Networks and served as an associate in mergers and acquisitions for SunTrust Bank.

Bob Dupuis is a consultant and coach specializing in the management and financial challenges of growth stage technology companies. Over the past four years, he has advised clients in the telecommunications, logistics management, Internet security, wireless component and investment banking businesses. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Dupuis was chairman and CEO of BlueStar Communications, a high speed Internet service provider.
