Previously, LaFontaine served as Vice President of Account Management and Training for Investment Scorecard, where he was responsible the account management of more than 720 enterprises. Following Investment Scorecard’s acquisition by Informa Investment Solutions, LaFontaine led its client development organization, where he was instrumental in growth and increased retention across multiple business units with more than 1,400 clients. He has also held senior management positions with Ticketmaster Online-City Search and Progeny Marketing Innovations.
