Ron Johnson Joins Cybera as Vice President Of Customer Service

NASHVILLE, TN— June 16, 2009 — Cybera®, a leading managed service provider of security and network solutions, today announced the addition of Ron Johnson as the company’s Vice President of Customer Service, bringing with him over 14 years of communications, managed services and customer satisfaction experience.

In his role at Cybera, Johnson will be responsible for Cybera’s Solutions Management Center and customer advocacy.  Among his tasks, Ron is responsible for expanding the customer satisfaction and quality assurance programs for Cybera customers as he oversees SMC operations with other internal support.  Johnson will report to David Amador, Senior Vice President, Operations at Cybera.

“Ron is a proven leader with years of experience in service delivery, engineering, project management, and call center operations.  We are confident that he will add a new dimension to the ‘next generation’ Cybera.” states Amador.

Most recently, Johnson served as Vice President of Field Vendor Management for XM Satellite Radio. At XM, Ron was responsible for customer care and outsourced operations consisting of 7 call center vendors and over 1800 care representatives.

Johnson graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Amber University with an MBA.  After spending time in the defense contracting industry, Ron furthered his operational management career in the telecommunications industry at MCI/WorldCom and XO Communications. Following his tenure at XO Communications as the Director of Customer Operations, Johnson joined the call center outsourcing industry with TeleTech.
