Cybera Delivers Secure, Fully Managed Networking to 290 Stores
NASHVILLE, TN —January 6, 2010—Cybera®, a leading managed service provider of security and network solutions, today announced that Family Christian Stores has deployed Cybera’s SMART|NETWORK service to deliver a PCI compliant, high-bandwidth solution across all stores. Family Christian Stores, a Christian lifestyle retail chain, has 290 locations in 36 states.
Family Christian will use the proven reliability of SMART|NETWORK to support critical applications, such as point of sale, filtered internet access, e-mail, file sharing and its back-office portal. Previously, Family Christian Stores used a 56k frame relay network to support all locations. Cybera’s higher-bandwidth SMART|NETWORK solution connects Family Christian Stores’ retail locations to the private Cybera core network for business critical retail applications. Because Cybera delivers security and performance, combined with 24x7x365 proactive monitoring and management of each store’s solution, the complexities of daily network management and security are removed from Family Christian Stores IT staff, allowing them to focus on their application and store support.
