Position: VP of Engineering
Department: Operations
Location: Franklin, TN
| Summary |
The position will report to the SVP Operations in the Franklin area. We are seeking a high energy individual that is results oriented and has stellar communication skills. The candidate must be a take charge team player who can inspire motivation, accountability, and is an out of the box thinker with a “can do” mentality, etc. This position interacts across departments and with senior corporate personnel.

Must have experience with the following protocols:
- Strong ATM switching
- Strong MPLS networking
- VOIP applications a plus
- Systems Engineering
- Network planning
- Customer network applications
- Internet protocol
- Able to perform financial cost/benefit analysis
- Administrative software knowledge
- CISCO and/or Juniper certifications a plus
- BSEE or equivalent
- Ability to set and communicate objectives; able to evaluate functional and individual progress towards these goals
- 8 – 10 years in a proven management capacity
