Cliff has served as CEO, and President since founding Cybera in February, 2001.  Prior to Cybera, Cliff was Chief Technology Officer at Bluestar Communications, overseeing engineering, network operations, product development, and business development.  In 1998 and 1999, Cliff served as Sr. Manager of Consulting Services for Ascend Communications, overseeing Ascend’s consulting services for the Southeastern U.S.  From 1996 to 1998, Cliff served as Sr. Program Manager for Intermedia Communications gov’t contracts which generated more than $80M in annual revenue.  Cliff also worked for Harris Corporation in 1995 and 1996 as a Sr. Software Engineer.  Cliff holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.
