Ms. Hernandez joined Cybera in the Fall of 2006 as the Vice President of Customer Service.  Prior to Cybera, she spent two years leading a team of customer care professionals at VeriSign, Inc. In addition, Hernandez has held numerous customer service management positions with a leading telecommunications firm, previously known as MCI.  

Hernandez holds a degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
