Position: Marketing Manager/Webmaster
Location: Franklin, TN
Reports to : SVP, Marketing and Strategy

Summary
Cybera is looking for a qualified Marketing Manager/Webmaster to join our Marketing team in Nashville, TN. Candidates must have the ability to: create effective marketing collaterals and web content, multi-task, be a self starter that can independently complete projects in a timely manner; individual must have experience interfacing with vendors, media contacts, and prospective and existing customers. This position will work closely with the marketing communications, sales and product organizations. We are looking for a team player that can make significant contributions to our marketing department, as well as adhere to corporate branding guidelines.

Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:

• Development and maintenance external Website and corporate Intrane
• Graphic design in support of online campaigns and print marketing materials
• Development and management of other web based marketing solutions such as email marketing campaigns, content management solutions/process, online advertising, webinar solutions, and streaming video, experience with Emma a plus
• Development and maintenance of all marketing collateral
• Development of sales support materials including sales presentations and customer proposals, RFP experience a plus
• Management of marketing collateral printing
• Management of marketing database of leads
• Management of logistics for tradeshow and event marketing efforts
• Competitive research

Skills for the position include, but are not limited to:

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe CS3 applications such as InDesign, Photoshop/Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated experience with the implementation of Java and PHP scripts, basic experience with Macromedia Flash a plus
• Experience with online usage stats and website tracking software
• Successful management of search optimization / Google adwords to generate site traffic
• Experience with social media for market / customer communications
• Direct experience with marketing data networking technology - Business to business marketing of managed services
• Marketing of technology to the convenience store / petroleum, restaurant, and/or specialty retail industries

Qualifications for the position include, but are not limited to:

• 4 year post secondary degree in Web/Graphic Design, Marketing or other related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in a graphic design / website development/management role
• Outstanding writing and editorial skills
• Motivated, team player with successful project management and multi-tasking skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a fast paced, high rate of growth, entrepreneurial environment
• Professional certifications would be a plus
