Position: Director of Product Management
Location: Franklin, TN
Reports to : Senior Vice President, Marketing & Strategy

Cybera is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Director of Product Management for its Security Solutions targeting the merchant, healthcare and financial services industries. Cybera delivers integrated security and network services to multi-location businesses requiring affordable solutions for regulatory and compliance requirements, including PCI and HIPAA. We are looking for a team player capable of making immediate contributions to the product and marketing efforts of a growing managed services company. The position is located in Nashville, TN and reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Strategy.

• Maintain a wide angle view and subject matter expertise in managed, cloud based security services and solutions
• Perform high level analysis of technology market trends and recommend appropriate strategies in response
• Analyze competitor offerings and strategies, idenfity opportunities fir innovation and market disruption
• Work closely with the SVP of marketing and strategy and leadership team on long term business and product planning
• Research business justifications and create business cases supporting key developments of initiatives
• Author high level MRD amd PRD documents
• Create and maintain long range revenue forecasts for the security solutions
• Colloborate with cross-functional peers inside the organization to drive revenue growth and achieve overall company objectives
• Work closely with engineering to drive the timely release of new products and features
• Represent Cybera at cusetomer meetings, sales meeitngs, partner meeitngs, tradeshows, conferences, etc.
• Support the marketing, sales and operations teams during product launches of key customer briefings
• Occasionally contribute to key public and media interactions

• 8+ years product management experience
• Security industry experience
• Familarity and working knowledge of PCI, HIPAA and other industry and federal regulatory frameworks
• Created, communicated and executed successful product strategy
• Proven ability to influence across an organization without direct hierarchical ownership of teams or products
• Track record of attaining cross-functional consensus and delivery of goals on time
• Must possess business analysis skills and the ability to translate business planning into product execution
• Successfully written PRDs and MRDs for security solutions
• Led product feature requirements definition development and research
• Proven ability to define technical security solutions at a business, strategy and functional level
• Experience working across all key market segments from small businesses to large enterprises
• Experience working with multiple routes-to-market including direct and channel models

• Experience working in and delivering solutions through SaaS, ASP, and/or MSP business models
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to analyze and communicate technical issues, lead discussions, and influence decisions
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to adapt messaging to target audience
• Ability to present to both highly technical audiences as well as non-technical, business focused Individuals
• Understanding of Finance including review of Profit and Loss statements
• Able to show results orientation, initiative, and organization to meet goals
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Influence and collaborate within cross-functional teams (to include executive management) without formal authority
• Creative problem-solving, critical thinking and follow-through
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management or a related field
• MBA preferred
• Travel up to 25%
